We opened the year with our participation in BIT Milan, the international tourism trade fair in Italy. In this setting of excellence, we had the pleasure of telling our reality in "Customer Experience: the new frontier of revenue, " the conference organized by our team, in collaboration with Sabre Hospitality, Autentico Hospitality and Prestigio Collection.
During the meeting, we explored the increasingly strategic role of customer experience and the value of hospitality technologies such as GDS, Booking Engine and Channel Manager.
But that's not all: at BIT Milan we also signed a new and important partnership with Prestigio Collection and Autentico Hotels, to consolidate our joint commitment to enhancing excellence in the industry.
In March, we flew to Berlin for theITB, one of the most important events for the sector at the European level.
It was a unique opportunity to compare ourselves with international operators, create new synergies and update ourselves on the most advanced technological solutions. In addition, we brought our know-how as the Italian partner for the distribution of the complete package of SynXis, technology from Sabre Hospitality, with whom we shared this international experience.
